 Many CIPD students come to the HR Career Hub when they are not receiving enough detail in the guidance from their course providers. They have often asked them questions only to be given the same information already provided, or ambiguous answers which cause even more confusion. Sometimes questions take days or even weeks to be responded to, by which time they have lost momentum on their assignment and feel like they are starting all over again.

Others struggle to even get started. They cannot make sense of the question and spend hours going around in circles, second guessing what is actually required. 

With distance learners especially, many students sign up to their course with good intent, only to fall behind after missing a submission deadline, or they are fast running out of time to complete the course in their support period.
