Caroline

As a Programme Tutor for CIPD learners, she offers clear, supportive guidance to help students understand what the assignment is really asking, how to apply theory, and how to structure answers that meet CIPD standards.


With over 20 years’ experience in HR and Talent, Caroline brings a wealth of practical insight to her CIPD tutoring. She’s led recruitment, people strategy, and employee engagement across sectors — including building a People function from scratch as Head of People in the private sector. Her work has spanned employee relations, DEI initiatives, and designing policies that truly support people.

Diana

With experience as a CIPD Level 5 assessor, Diana offers clear, practical support to help students interpret assignment briefs, apply relevant theory, and structure their answers to meet CIPD standards with confidence.


With 18 years’ experience in learning and organisational development across both public and private sectors, Diana brings deep expertise in designing programmes that elevate performance and strengthen leadership. Diana holds a CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development, a degree from Middlesex University, and is completing ILM certification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

Dianne CIPD Level 7 and CIPD Level 5 Coaching

Dianne

Dianne has been supporting CIPD students since 2015, offering clear, practical guidance to help learners understand what each assignment is really asking. She’s assessed HR and L&D modules at Level 5 and Level 7 for various learning providers so knows exactly how to support students to pass first time.


A key achievement for Dianne was recently coaching a Level 7 student who went on to win the CIPD Student of the Year in the Middle East. 


Starting out her career as a Trainee Solicitor, Dianne made the move to L&D nearly 20 years ago and has since worked across public and private sectors.
