My support covers the entire process of securing your new role; your CV, searching for roles, how you market yourself online, cover letters, interviews, presentations, in-tray exercises and more. Our initial contact will be used to decide what to focus on and give you the best chance of securing that job.
The biggest barrier with a career change is usually the available salary. Most of my clients under-estimate what they can realistically achieve for their first HR role. The first priority for a career change is for us to really evaluate the experience you have from your previous career, understand how it relates to HR and then assess which job roles would suit you best. It isn't all about job title, the context of the role, organisation and career path are all equally important.
This either means you are applying to the wrong jobs, or your HR CV needs to be reviewed. A bundle or one-to-one call would be the best options to support your job search in this case.
There are many stories online about the job market being particularly tough. It is important not to get hung up on this. Follow my guidance and support and yes, it is absolutely achievable to get a job in HR.
Yes, if you are looking to split the cost of a one-to-one with a friend this is up to you. Please book the session and add into the additional information what you would like to cover. I cannot facilitate split payments via the online booking system, so it will be for you to arrange payment. If you intend to attend with a friend then I suggest you pre-plan the content to ensure the session benefits you both.
I enjoy working with HR professionals the most, but all of my advice can be applied to other sectors and job roles. Feel free to get in touch and if I cannot support you I may know someone who can.
I provide tailored support to individuals depending on their needs.
