I didn’t start with a CIPD qualification or a perfect plan. I started with an Accountancy degree, a lot of questions, and a determination to make it work. And I did.
Over the years, I’ve recruited, coached, and developed HR professionals at every level — from fresh-faced Assistants to seasoned Managers. I’ve read thousands of CVs, sat on hundreds of interview panels, and built high-performing HR teams from the ground up. Now, I use that experience to help you build the HR career you deserve.
